Zopiclone belongs to a type of medicine called sedative hypnotics. It is used for the short-term and symptomatic relief of sleep disorders. Zopiclone can help you have trouble falling asleep, getting up frequently at night, or waking up early in the morning. Zopiclone should generally not be taken continuously for more than 7 to 10 days. It should only be used by people who are not asleep and unable to work normally during the day.
How to use Zopiclone 7.5Mg
The recommended adult dose of Zopiclone is 3.75 mg to 7.5 mg. For the elderly, people with poor liver and kidney function and people taking certain medications, the maximum daily dose is 5 mg. This medicine can become a habit and should be taken strictly as prescribed by a doctor. You should generally not use Zopiclone for more than 7 to 10 consecutive days. If you take this medicine regularly for a long time, do not suddenly stop taking it without talking to your doctor.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a box or container. Keep away from heat and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Always replace the expired or outdated medicine with the new ones.
Precautions of Zopiclone 7.5Mg
Tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, liver disease, dyspnea, myasthenia gravis, and history of drug addiction, depression, seizures, and allergies. Since this medication may cause drowsiness, please use the machine with caution or undertake activities that require alertness. Also limit alcoholic drinks which can exacerbate these effects. This medication should only be used during pregnancy if absolutely necessary. Since breast milk contains a small amount of this medicine, please consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
Drug Interactions Zopiclone 7.5Mg
Zopiclone may interact with any of the following:
- Anti-anxiety medications (e.g. alprazolam, clonazem am, lorazir m)
- Anticonvulsants (drugs used to prevent seizures; for example, phenytoin, valproic acid, carbamazepine, gabapentin)
- Antihistamines (e.g. cetirizine, doxylamine, diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine, loratadine)
- Antipsychotic drugs (e.g. chlorpromazine, clozapine, haloperidol, olanzapine, quetiapine, risperidone)
- “Azole” antifungal agents (eg ketoconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole)
Overdose Zopiclone 7.5Mg
